Scientists think that the first line of defense of body against disease is the immune system, but in reality, the pH balance is the first line of defense. Whoever has a good pH level has the best resistance against disease. Having an acidic pH level can cause many kinds of problems. Many diseases are directly related with pH imbalance.

In this fast time most our food is high in acidic content. Most of drinks cold drink every day. These drinks are creating high amounts of acids in the body. Fried foods are also highly acidic. Pollution in the air is also increasing acid levels on our body. Our modern lifestyle is hampering pH balance in the body.
